Processing Time
Your order will usually ship within 48 business hours (unless we are out of stock and
the items need to be made first). For this reason, please allow approximately 1 week
to manufacture, or obtain your products.
Standard shipping costs are as follows:
$0.01 - $9.99 - $7.50 Shipping
$10.00 - $49.99 - $8.50 Shipping
$50.00 or More - Free Shipping

Transit time is 2 - 7 business days depending on where you want the package delivered after
your order has been shipped. Western North America will receive their order slightly
faster than Eastern North America because we are located in the West.
Refunds on Product Returns
We will be happy to refund you for your order if you choose to return your order
within 15 days of receipt of your order. The items MUST be un-used and
in good re-sellable condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the items
less shipping. Be sure to E-Mail us with return instructions. Should the return be
due to an error, you will receive a
replacement, or refunded in full. Damaged or missing item claims must be made within
5 days of receipt of your order. Please E-Mail
to make arrangements for refunds or damage claims.
Order Cancelations
If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, do so immediately, simply
E-Mail me with your cancelation. If
you wait a couple of days it may have already been shipped. Orders that have
already been shipped, or boxed, may incur a 20% re-stocking
fee. If the package has been shipped you may return the order to us and we
will refund you less the shipping.
